The Power of Reinvention
Around 2023, after completing more than two decades in the industry and leading large portfolios, I found myself reflecting deeply on my journey.
From starting as a young engineer in 2001, to working onsite in the United States, to leading large teams across geographies—each phase felt like a completely different career.
And each transition required a different version of me.
What worked in 2003 did not work in 2010. What worked in 2010 did not work in 2020.
That's when I realized: Careers don't grow linearly. They evolve through reinvention.
Every few years, expectations change. And if you don't change with them, growth slows down.
Even today, I ask myself one question: Who do I need to become next?
Because leadership is not a destination. It is a continuous journey of evolution.
